Laura Di Andrea-Iversen

Laura is the founder of Iversen Law. She has been in practice for over 25 years. Her firm was established in 1999. Her passion has always been personal injury and helping clients receive compensation for the wrongs committed against them. She has settled thousands of personal injury cases and has tried numerous cases to verdict.  Her largest verdict has been 1.1 million dollars. Laura is a pioneer in uninsured motorist claims, as she and her previous firm researched and developed the law that is now recognized today. Laura has the necessary skills to obtain the most money your case is worth.

Laura has since became extremely involved in real estate and has been helping others buy and sell their homes. Laura has been representing her clients in hundreds of real estate transactions over the years. You can be sure that each transaction will get her personal attention.

BRIAN IVERSEN

Brian M. Iversen handles matters in Real Estate, Elder law, and Personal Injury.  Brian graduated from the John Marshall Law School in May of 2015 receiving his Juris Doctor (J.D) and Elder Law Certification.  He was also Deans listed and participated in several organizations while attending law school. 

While in law school he clerked at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. Brian also volunteered in the community with the Center for Elder Law and Disability’s guardianship help desk, where he gained experience dealing with elderly and disabled clients. 

Brian has chosen to be an lawyer so that, “he could give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of others.” Brian will work hard and diligently to ensure that his work is done professionally and to the highest degree.

WILLIAM D. IVERSEN

Mr. Iversen has performed thousands of real estate transactions and has helped a plethora of clients successfully purchase and sell various pieces of property throughout the Chicago land area. Prior to joining the practice, Mr. Iversen attended Eastern Illinois University where he received a degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law. He then went on to graduate from The John Marshall Law School where he earned his J.D. along with a certificate in elder law.

Mr. Iversen’ s reputation in the field is attributable to his constant attention to his clients and their agents. Mr. Iversen strongly believes in client communication and prides his practice on being able to effectively and accurately aid his clients through the real estate process.

In his spare time, Mr. Iversen enjoys snowboarding and spending time with his wife and his family.
